Cardio Tennis & Yoga/Pilates

CARDIO FITNESS TRAINING - OPEN TO MEMBERS & NON MEMBERS

Despite the title you don’t need amazing racket skills to take part in Cardio Tennis. You are on court and return shots with music playing to keep you motivated. The sessions are run by our qualified coaches Simon Taylor and Sam Bass and they provide an excellent hour of keep fit exercise.

There are a maximum of 8 players per session and therefore it is best to book onto each session in  advance. Cost is £4 for members, £5 for non-members for the hour.

Please note that the Friday session has changed from 11.45 to 11.30 am.  This is a fun, sociable group fitness class open to people of all ages and abilities.  A great way to get fit without needing to be a regular tennis player, but a good way for tennis players to increase fitness and skills.  It is also a good introduction to tennis if you have never played before.  All drills and games to music.  For further information, why not check out the LTA Cardio Tennis Website (www.lta.org.uk>play>cardio-tennis).
Either contact Simon on 07791614195 for more information or just turn up.
